Rate Cutoff: Sessions starting before 5 PM are billed at the Daytime rate ($50/hr). Sessions starting at 5 PM or later are billed at the Evening rate ($75/hr). The service type is automatically applied based on your start time when booking.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A $50 deposit is collected to secure your booking. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. The balance is charged after Katie confirms actual hours worked. A 20% surcharge applies on major holidays.
